Mr. S P Gupta is the founder Managing Partner of Infra Legal Services. His comprehensive corporate, Banking and finance practice of more than 38 (Thirty eight) years covers corporate and project finance, corporate reorganization, institutional investments, mortgage and asset based lending by Bank and Public Financial Institution, enforcement of security under Securitization Act, legal issues concerning property, anking, commercial and business matters; conducting due diligence exercise, corporate litigation in Courts/ Debts Recovery Tribunals / Appellate Tribunals/High Courts etc. and also represented Punjab National Bank and IFCI Limited before the various courts and tribunals., He represented IFCI Limited as its Nominee on the Board of Directors of various diverse leading assisted Companies in the Country.

In the year 2009, he founded Infra Legal Services (ILS) and has been involved, inter alia, in financing / security documentation and legal due diligence relating to infrastructure and other sectors and also providing legal opinion to banks and financial institutions relating to legal issues affecting their policies
and operations.
